5 Biggest Mistakes That Cause Premature Ejaculation

Many of them are not very difficult to cure.

This is important to know because we feel like it’s a difficult and impossible problem to cure premature ejaculation.

It’s not your fault for thinking it’s impossible to cure. We’ve actually been lied to by the doctors, media, movies, and porn.

The main problem I find with doctors is that they want to fix the symptom of our problems, instead of curing the ACTUAL problem itself.

If we go to the doctor and the doctor finds high cholesterol (which by the way is set by the drug companies who sell drugs to reduce cholesterol levels) they will likely prescribe pills for us that help lower our cholesterol.

The problem here is the pills are unnatural and many “high” cholesterol levels defined by doctors are actually just fine.

We can eat 4 eggs a day, including the yolk, and be just fine. Our bodies produce more cholesterol than the eggs we consume, and the nutrients we get from the yolk are better for us to have than not have because of the cholesterol.

Cholesterol eaten in the right amounts, at the right times can dramatically boost your sex drive, we’ll talk about that in another article.

The reasons the doctors prescribe the drugs is because they don’t make money if we eat better and exercise.

They make money from the drug companies for promoting those drugs.

A problem occurs with the pills they give us to cure premature ejaculation and to stop erectile dysfunction.

These pills work temporarily, and over time it requires MORE pills to get the same effect until they stop working completely.

There is no magic pill to fix premature ejaculation problems.

There are natural ways to fix these problems, and I’ll teach you those below.

Honestly, it’s not your fault, other than doctors, we have been lied to by a lot of people, even our friends.

The best thing we can do right now is take the necessary steps to cure our premature ejaculation naturally, easily, and quickly.

Lets cover the biggest mistakes that cause premature ejaculation and steps you can take TODAY to start lasting longer in bed.

Biggest Mistake #1

Ejaculating and not ejaculating is sort of like a muscle.

We can train it so we can be stronger and stop the urge to ejaculate.

The thing is, we usually skip this part because it requires effort.

What we can train is our sensitivity, our penis’ sensitivity to touch and sensation.

Even before and during sex, we have to train our sensitivity every time until we have full control of our ejaculation.

The best thing you can do right now to train your sensitivity during sex is what I call the 10 Thrusts technique.

Here you basically thrust to a count of 10, the first 9 thrusts are shallow, half or less of your penis enters your partner.

On the 10th thrust, you thrust deep, and repeat the 9 shallow thrusts again with the deep 10th thrust.

What this does is reduce friction on the head of your penis, the most sensitive ejaculation causing part.

This technique also increases the pleasure your partner receives because the shallow thrusts tease her and the deep thrust will just blow her mind.

Biggest Mistake #2

Depending on what positions we use during sex, can determine how long we last during sex.

The reason this position is the worse is because it requires balancing ourselves on our arms and sometimes legs and causes fatigue in us, which in turn makes us ejaculate faster.

What you can do is use what I think is the best position to reduce how fast you ejaculate

The position to use would be the spooning position.

It’s sort of like cuddling spooning, but instead you’ll enter her from behind instead of just holding her.

Use this technique with the 10 Thrusts technique and you can be Endless if you want to.

Biggest Mistake #3

This is something we usually don’t think about, but it’s vital to our everyday health.

It’s something we do unconsciously.

And if we do it incorrectly, it can take YEARS off of our lives.

It’s breathing.

The way we breathe before, during, and after sex is very important to how long we can last in bed.

If we breathe in short shallow breathes, we won’t last as long.

If we breathe in deep long breathes, that’s one of the main keys to curing premature ejaculation.

The technique I recommend is using the 10-1-10 breathing technique before and even during sex.

You basically breathe in for 10 seconds through your belly (expanding, making it bigger).

Hold for 1 second.

And breathe out for 10 seconds flattening your belly.

Repeat this 10 times before sex, and oxygen will flow through your body, into your blood stream, and in effect calm your nerves and body down so you last longer during sex.

Biggest Mistake #4

This is something that is also unconsciously done by our brains.

We don’t mean to do it, but we do it anyway and it really reduces how long we can last in bed.

The pressure we place on ourselves in how we perform during sex can be super intense.

This pressure will also make us last shorter because pressure during a performance can easily crumble our confidence, and in turn our subconscious brain listens to this voice telling us to ejaculate faster because we need to get it over with before we embarrass ourselves further.

The best thing to do with pressure is similar to breathing, just use the 10-1-10 breathing technique.

You use it during and before sex, and it will calm you down letting pressure off of you.

Biggest Mistake #5

Remember how we talked about the doctors before?

That’s the biggest mistake we do to try to cure our premature ejaculation.

We try to use a magic pill that is a false cure for our problem.

There is truly no magic pill, but there are easy, fast and natural ways I listed above which will help you last longer in bed.

The best thing to do with false cures is to get rid of them.

Start taking an approach to your body that your body is valuable and it’s worth putting in a few minutes a day to make sure your bedroom problems are gone.

While the mistakes that cause both premature ejaculation and ED are similar, this article is mainly about preventing ED.

If we learn to stop making these 4 mistakes, we’ll learn how to control our erections and ED will be a thing of the past.

If we don’t stop making these 4 mistakes, we’ll be at the whim of our problems in bed and be stressed out for the rest of our lives. Being an Endless Man in Bed will only be a dream.

What exactly is Erectile Dysfunction?

Here is the great Wikipedia (I know right) definition of ED:

ED in simple terms, is when we can’t get an erection or keep it hard when we want it to be hard and erect. Which is usually when we masturbate, when we have sex or are turned on.

I’m not saying this to comfort you, but ED effects all men more than once in their lives.

There are times when we are nervous and it’s difficult to get an erection. We could be nervous with a new girlfriend, or just worried about other stuff in our lives.

The problem that happens is when we let these “worries” dictate how our future experiences with sex will be.

Instead of understanding that it’s OK that we couldn’t get hard that one time, we worry about it, and when you worry about something, it’s more likely to happen.

It is a psychological thing, the more time we spend trying to avoid something, our subconscious brain is being told by us to seek it out.

For example, if we say to ourselves please don’t have ED, please don’t be nervous, all our brain “hears” is please have ED or please be nervous.

Our brains don’t hear the “don’t” part that we speak. It just can’t understand that we don’t want something.

The 1st BIGGEST Mistake

Understanding how our brain works plays into the 1st BIGGEST mistake that causes erectile dysfunction.

Anxiety and stress is the number 1 mistake we make that causes ED.

It’s OK to be nervous, but if we pause our emotions at being nervous, it will create anxiety and stress in us.

This anxiety and stress in us will build, and build to the point where we can’t get an erection, we are too stressed out and nervous.

The thing about emotions is that, they are like a surfing wave, they go up and down, so we can catch the surf on our surfboard when the wave is up to when it goes down.

The biggest problem we have with these “waves” of emotion is that we freeze them at the high point, or the low point, where we are nervous or stressed out.

We’re not suppose to freeze them, let them flow naturally and they will go away. The nervousness, the stress, the anxiety, we just need to let them go.

Another thing I personally do is meditate. Meditation, one of the oldest practices in the world (thousands of years old) is something which helps clear negative emotions from me and allow me to not worry about my performance during sex.

If you use this exercise before sex, you’ll nearly clear all the stress and anxiety you have about your performance in bed.

And when I don’t worry, well, lets just say my girl screams in pleasure.

The 2nd BIGGEST Mistake

Not taking care of our body. Meaning we don’t exercise enough nor do we eat what is good for our bodies.

These are some of the physical causes that cause erectile dysfunction:

  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Heart and vascular disease
  • Diabetes

Most of these can easily be handled by a good diet and exercise.

If we don’t take care of our bodies, these problems (and the drugs we take to try to treat them) actually do cause erectile dysfunction.

The Truth About Abs

They disrupt the natural way our bodies are supposed to work so we’re stuck with a body that doesn’t function the way we want.

The best thing we can do is to drink 3+ liters of water a day, eat whole foods such as beans, lentils, vegetables and lean meat, and exercise at least twice a week, preferably weight lifting.

To get into better shape, I would recommend starting with the book The Truth About Abs.

If you take care of your body, your ED problems will likely disappear.

Another benefit of getting into shape is that it can increase the size of your penis. There is some fat around our penis area, or pelvic area, that make our penis literally smaller because the fat pushes over our penis.

The 3rd BIGGEST Mistake

This is something we are usually guilty of doing at least one or two of these things.

Alcohol, drugs (illegal), and medications help cause our ED.

Alcohol itself is a depressant and doesn’t actually turn us on, so having sex before drinking is a bad idea because it helps remove our ability to get an erection and maintain it.

Drugs can have similar effects or worse because we lose our perception and ability to control all our actions.

drugs alcohol cause erectile dysfunctionAnd third medications for certain things can cause ED, because of the side effects and ingredients inside it. Make sure you read the warning labels on your medications because this may be the root of your erectile dysfunction problems.

The best practice here is to actually stop what we can stop.

If you are taking a medication to save your life, well, keep taking it and definitely talk to a doctor before you stop or start taking any medication.

It will be difficult to stop drugs, and alcohol if you have an addiction, but if you really want to cure your bedroom problems and become endless in bed, it’s best to start taking steps to remove these from your life.

The 4th BIGGEST Mistake

You won’t find many people talking about this 4th biggest mistake that causes ED. Doctors and other studies just don’t think it’s a problem, but it’s like one of the BIGGEST problems that causes ED.

Watching porn is one of the leading causes of ED.

Stop Watching Porn to Stop Erectile DysfunctionThere are so many reasons why it causes ED. Whatever you associate with an erection, orgasm, or ejaculation become a trigger for your body to be aroused.

A trigger is basically something that causes something else. Like if you see a hot woman, it will trigger desire or arousal in you.

If you have trouble getting an erection with your woman WITHOUT porn, than you already know it’s a trigger for you.

If you have trouble getting an erection without thinking about porn, that’s an even worse trigger for you.

There have been many studies that porn warps our brains in bad ways.

Particularly, if we view violent porn, we will need even more violent porn OVER TIME to be turned on and ejaculate.

It conditions our brain sort of like smoking does.

When a person starts smoking, they get a surge of nicotine and it makes them feel more active or a little “high.” Over time the smoker starts needing a cigarette to feel “normal.”

Now, a smoker without a cigarette is LOWER than they were before (in how they feel) they started smoking, and they need to smoke to get to where they were BEFORE smoking.

It’s a vicious cycle and porn does the same thing to our brains.

If you can get rid of porn, it will be one of the best changes you make in your life.

It can take months or years to get rid of it completely (we’ve spent decades conditioning our brains and penis to it) but in the end it will be worth it because a lot of your ED problems will disappear.

What you want to do specifically is associate sex and arousal with your partner. You want to think about her, and how she turns you on, and over time your brain will associate your woman with sex instead of with porn.

If you go out and stop any of these 4 biggest mistakes and follow some of the directions I give you, your erectile dysfunction will likely be cleared in no time.

How To Have Orgasms and Stop Ejaculation At The Same Time

You can orgasm without ejaculating, and you can ejaculate without orgasm.

You’ve likely experienced both of these things, but thought they were both a fluke.

Well, to be honest, they are not flukes, they exist and if you learn how to control your ejaculation, you can experience several orgasms during 1 session of sex.

We’ve been taught by culture, by friends, by TV, by movies, that if we “came” sex was over.

“Come” or “Came” are really just a combination of ejaculate and orgasm. You’ll see me personally separate orgasm and ejaculation when it comes to presentations and articles talking about coming.

They are two different things, and should be treated differently.

Now, you might question if it is even possible that they are separate. They are.

An orgasm happens seconds or milliseconds before ejaculation. This is difficult to separate because we’ve spent all our lives associating the feeling of an orgasm when we ejaculate.

You’ve likely already experienced this before.

Think back to a time where you had immense amount of pleasure but didn’t ejaculate.

You could feel the pleasure, it was very similar to ejaculating, but nothing came out. After this you could keep going, and going until you did ejaculate and orgasm again.

Also think about the times when you ejaculated and didn’t feel an orgasm. You’ve been sitting and wondering why it didn’t feel good right? Why it didn’t feel like you had an orgasm, even though you just ejaculated.

If we learn to take control of our ejaculation, we can make orgasms happen multiple times during 1 session of sex.

Honestly, it takes a lot of work to do, and if you go out and try to learn it yourself, it will take you YEARS instead of months or weeks to master this.

The very first thing that needs to happen before you can separate your orgasms and ejaculation is that you need to be an endless man in bed.

You have to be able to last for as long as you want and choose to ejaculate when you want, not when your body wants.

This Formula, takes all the steps needed to achieve being Endless in Bed and will let you have multiple orgasms during sex.

Now, lets get to what you can start doing today that will help you have orgasms without ejaculating.

The biggest thing you need to do today is to masturbate without ejaculation.

Stop at least 20 seconds before you are going to ejaculate, stop moving, stop sensations, and if you are viewing porn (which I recommend against 100%) stop watching the porn at the moment.

Start masturbating again when you feel the urge to ejaculate has stopped.

Now keep reducing the amount of time before you ejaculate where you stop.

So, stop 15 seconds before ejaculation, and start again when you are ready.

10 seconds before ejaculation, and start again when you are ready.

Keep going until you tip over the edge and ejaculate.

Keep doing this practice, even if you ejaculate, at another time, you will slowly be able to separate both sensations in your brain.

While you keep practicing this stop start technique, you will orgasm without ejaculating a few times before you ejaculate.

I want to show you this special technique, taught for thousands of years in Taoism and Tantra. Taoism and Tantra are very sexual practices and have existed for thousands of years, so this stuff works, you just gotta give it a go.

10 Thrusts Technique

The technique I want to introduce to you today is called the 10 Thrusts technique.

You will use it while having sex with your partner and you are in control of the thrusts, usually you on top.

Instead of just going in and out, in and out, you will thrust 9 times shallow, where half or less of your penis goes inside your partner.

In and out 9 times shallow.

On the 10th thrust, you go deep and out, and repeat the 9 shallow thrusts again.

Now repeat the deep thrust again after the 9th shallow one.

You can count out in your head, don’t count out loud.

Do this throughout sex, and it will make your partner cringe for the deep long thrust.

The reason this increases pleasure in your partner is that a lot of pleasure for women comes from anticipation and surprise.

She doesn’t know when your deep long thrust will come, and her body will cringe thinking about it, and when it comes, it feels good for her.

You’ll last longer because instead of giving your whole penis sensation, you only put half sensation on your penis most of the time. The tip also doesn’t rub against her insides as much, so less stimulation on the tip, means you will last longer.

Continuous deep thrusts make us ejaculate faster, and we don’t want that.

Advanced Tips

You can use this throughout sex, it’s ok to slow down and speed up during your thrusts, you should vary your thrust speed to increase excitement more in your partner.

Now to mix it up more and even give more pleasure to your partner, you can do random continuous deep thrusts.

So lets say you thrust shallow 4 times, than thrust deep 4 times and shallow again 9 times. You could also mix up the deep thrust in 5 shallow thrusts, 1 deep thrust, and 5 shallow thrusts.

Just mix and match thrusts in random ways that you can handle without coming.

One of the best positions you can do this in is spooning position. When you mix the 10 thrusts with this position, your partner will have mind blowing orgasms. You’ll feel them.

The more random you make it, the more your partner will scream…
